CFO, HR Director, Opperations Manager 10/2015 - 01/2024 Organtica and ACME were start up companies in 2015. My partner and I built a nonprofit(Organtica) and its management company(ACME) to $7M+ in sales in 2022 on $700k start up budget. I built out 4 stores, a commercial kitchen, and an 18,000 sq ft production facility in my role as new business development manager. I guided 70 employees during my time as HR Director. I coordinated the opening and build out of a commercial kitchen facility. I was day to day operations manager at the production facility overseeing all managers and deptartments. I attended UW -Green Bay, UW - Madison, Madison Area Technical College, UW - Whitewater and Milwaukee Guitar Institute. I graduated from UW - WHitewater with a major in education and minored in math. I created curriculum for 4 ages of guitar students, wrote and produced a touring musical play, and started my first company, a recording studio/media agency, called Allegro Studios, all while studying, touring and raising kids.
