• Provide analyses and support to various Safety Risk Management Assessments as requested.

I successfully coordinated The EDR Safety Risk Management Document (SRMD) for upper management. The EDR SRMD update was reviewed and approved by the ANG-C62 Branch Manager, ANG-B4 Safety Manager, En-route Standards Group Manager, AFS-2P Flight Standards Manager, and accepted by ANG C6, Aviation Division Manager.

I successfully coordinated The Current and Forecast Icing Product’s (CIP/FIP) Safety Risk Management Document (SRMDM) for CIP/FIP Program manager. The CIP/FIP update was reviewed and approved by ANG-C62 Branch Manager, ANG-B4 Safety Manager, En-route Standards Group Manager, AFS-2P Flight Standards Manager, and accepted by ANG C6, Aviation Division Manager.

I successfully lead and coordinated The GTG-3 Safety Risk Management Document (SRMD) for upper management. The GTG-3 SRMD update was reviewed and approved by ANG-C62 Branch Manager, ANG-B4 Safety Manager, En-route Standards Group Manager, AFS-2P Flight Standards Manager, and accepted by ANG C6, Aviation Division Manager.

Financial Planning, Monitoring and Control

●I managed all the tasks and metrics necessary to ensure that the approved and authorized Safety Risk Management Project is within scope, on time, and on budget so that the project continues with minimal risk. This process involved comparing actual performance with planned performance and taking corrective action to yield the desired outcome when significant differences exist. Monitoring and tracking process is continuously performed throughout the life-cycle of the project.

Lifecycle Logistics Management

●Assist in implementing processes and procedures; participate in meetings Program Management Reports (PRs) for planning, development, and implementation. Manages various comprehensive, affordable, and effective systems support strategies, within total life cycle systems of the Acquisition Management.

Developed SOP for TORP DE-Obligation/RE-Obligation from SE2020 to EFAST CONTRACT

In order to obligate or de-obligate funding on a contract/Inter Agency Agreement (IA), a procurement request (PR) needs to be created. PRs are generated for F&E Activity 1, RE&D, Operations (Ops) and F&E Activity funds. These procurements encompasses system's life cycle, including acquisition, sustainment, and disposal.
