Orchestrate training and peer learning opportunities to cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships, building awareness of the organization, expanding functional impact, and further developing operations. Continuously elevate the quality of fundraising proposals to increase the governing body’s ability to access grant applications.

Mobilized over US$ 500,000 in grant and program support.

Tax Justice Network Africa, Nairobi, Kenya 2019 – 2021

Provided program management and strategic direction for 40+ civic societies organizations (CSOs), and oversaw governance, partnerships, policy, and external engagements for the organization’s tax and international financial architecture, tax and investment, tax and natural resources governance, and tax and equality programs. Facilitated international resource mobilization across various donors including, the realization of US$1M in funding through the USIAD, UN Development Programme, the African Development Bank, and the Open Society Initiative of West Africa.

Piloted the organization’s first 5-year strategic plan and annual planning processes, resulting in a focus on revenue generation, compliance, human resource optimization, and IT modernization efforts.

Piloted NBC restructuring, identifying overlap and aligning functions, and orchestrated a multi-stakeholder committee on concession management.

Supplied macro-level policy guidance in the development of a roadmap to monitor contracts.
