●Plan, implement and contribute Permanent solutions for breakdown or maintenance of machines, equipment and industrial installations through VPS methodology.

●Handling a team of 24 employees (14 Employees & 10 Contract employees)

●Develop, upgrade and review the preventive maintenance plan, establish the criticality of the equipment, considering on time spares replacement, as per maintenance procedures & OEM manual with technical aspects and Professional Maintenance concepts (PM)

●Support the development of Autonomous Maintenance (AM)

●Plan & execute for procurement of any new Equipments, installations with Purchase team in preparing & floating RFP & RFQ to vendors, considering all aspects of Safety, Maintainability, cost, legal compliance, efficiency and technical discussions, final review, pre delivery inspection and negotiating along with Purchase team.

●Hands on Experience in Installation, commissioning and new Maintenance process proving and stabilization.

●Develop, maintain and follow procedures for the management of related maintenance documents to processes aiming to ensure the compliance with legal requirements and provide the necessary information for the correct, safe and effective execution of maintenance

●Support other projects with PSM methodology

●Assess competence of team members & create development plan to improve the competence.

●Sound knowledge of all Plant Equipment’s processes including Autonomous, Predictive & Preventive Maintenance.

● Involved in bus body building project, Eicher Truck project, Axle plant (Eicher trucks), and Relocation of BiW in 2017

●Complete set up for Volume increase.

●Supported Pretoria & Durban Plant for implementation of Professional Maintenance

●Trained Maintenance Engineers from Pretoria & Durban Plant on complete Maintenance Systems.

●Certified member of Indian Red Cross Society for Senior First Aider, Race course road, Bangalore.

●Certified member of Fire prevention & firefighting certified by R .A. Mundkar Fire & Emergency Services Academy, Bangalore.
