Duties included : All secretarial duties, this included typing of highly confidential correspondence, this included Letters of Appointment for all new staff. Managing the payroll, taking of minutes at meetings, preparing of Managers lunches. I later was involved in the intial interview of candidates for various positions, making a short list for second interviews. After 6 years in this position, I was promoted to Corporate Sales Executive, ithin the Foreign Exchange Divison. Duties Included : Calling on Corporate clients, promoting the services of the Foreign Exchange division. A large part of this was the entertaining of top clients this was done on weekend aways on The Blue Train, Rovos Rail, and flights to Cape Town and Durban.
After a re-structure within the Group, I was transferred to American Express Card Division, in the position of Key Account Manager.
Duties Included : Promoting the Charge Card to Top Corporate clients, I was given an elite portfolio of approximately 30 companys. I would meet Directors on a monthly basis to ensure the smooth running of the account. Duties were similar to those within the Forex division. A large amount of entertaining was done as well.

Duties Included : Generating of new business within the Foreign Exchange Division. I was later transferred to the Centurion Branch, where I concentrated on a specific area within Pretoria. I would meet decision makers within corporate companys to ascertain their needs, and to offer a package suitable.

I left HWT to have a baby in October 2005, and decided to be a "a stay home Mom".
START PROPERTIES - Property Rental and Sale Agency Admin Assistant
Duties performed : Drawing up of all new leases for properties rented by rental agent. Scanning of relevant document, and sending to the tenant and owner, ensuring entire contract is correctly signed by all parties. Maintaing a filing system of approximately 200 properties. Ensuring birthday greetings are sent to Tenants and Owners, and keeping this data base updated. Due to this being a small company, I ensure all correspondence for the Directors is done timeously. All minutes of meetings between various parties are taken by myself, and distributed within 48 hours of the meeting. I control Office Suppliers and stationery, liasing with suppliers.
