• 2018 Worked and invented a new solar inverter on a cable. Cost reduction compared with Micro Inverter. Worked with multiple teams located in Silicon Valley and London. Designed digital hardware, implemented various algorithms in firmware like PID, MPPT, Digital Filters, communication, all using ARM Cortex M4 from ST Semi.

• 2009 -2010 Developed multi computing system to control IPMS (Intelligent Power Management System) for the US Army. This was a power distribution system with load managing capabilities, portable and 3 phase.

• 2010 – 2014 Led a team to Redesigned various RV power electronic products like the Automatic Transfer Switch, and the SurgeGuard series RV Protection Equipment. Designed hardware and firmware for this Products. Traveled to mass production factory in Honduras to help setup production line for these new designs. Envision and design manufacturing testing system to qualify products coming out of assembly line.

• 2012 – 2017 Brought solar power energy technology to Southwire. Envisioned and designed a breakthrough Solar Micro Inverter system. This included Inverter System, parallel Microinverters, Power Line Communications, Data Analytics Platform or Aggregator, Internet Connectivity, Server of a Website IoT System, Geo Mapping of rooftop solar panels, Certifications like UL1741, UL1998, FCC. All using PIC24, dsPIC and STM32 microcontrollers. Wrote firmware for all these platforms.

• Develop the new platform for the patient simulators using distributed computing instead of single board computer the currently design.

• Developed the architecture, design and layout of the PCBs and wrote firmware.
