MJR Theatres - We would receive a report of damages that occurred every weekend. Repairs completed for the Thursday evening shows.

GM Powertrain - Pontiac. We had the Maintenance Contract for the entire property. We completed Concrete Curbs, Asphalt, Striping, installed & repaired loading docks, built some of the concrete, steel & foundations for new Assembly Line equipment. We renovated Offices in the Main Administration Building. Bank of America - ADA Upgrades 45 Metro Detroit Locations, 6 Metro Grand Rapids Locations. Contracted thru Clune of Chicago. Work involved Interior & Exterior ADA Compliance.

DTW - Detroit Metropolitan Airport - We started off with a contract to maintain & repair the exterior walls (Tarmac Side) of the Airport. We did all repairs to the exterior and then was added to the interior of the Airport Common space. I sold Maintenance Contracts to Airlines direct. This is a very long story so I will be happy to answer any specific questions you have. One of my references KJ Rice was the Southwest Airlines Director of Ramp & Ops, he also was on the Board of the Wayne County Airport Authority. He is now retired but said he would be happy to take any calls. On top of any repairs we did, The individual Airlines Exclusive Maintenance Contracts also included work done on Hangars, Ticket Counters & Freight Storage Facilities. Detroit Public Safety HQ - This 8 Story Facility was originally the MGM Grand Temporary Casino. Once the City got it back finished the basic demo & renovations were complete or unoccupied., We did most of the repair work for DPSHQ. This included maintenance, repairs, reconfigurations & build outs. Cobo Hall, Offices, Event Spaces & Surrounding Areas - We had a contract for building maintenance and a dedicated crew there. Reconfigured existing walls & ceilings, built and/or installed ramps & displays for the yearly Auto Show and other events.

We had T&M Contracts at each of the Hospitals & some of their Satellite's continuously from 3 Months in Livonia, 6 Months in Macomb & 2 years at the Providence Locations. I am a Certified FireStop Construction Professional for STI & Hilti. Multiple MRI & Dialysis renovations. I was Storm Water Certified when I was building an addition to WalMart Distribution Center in Washington Courthouse, OH.

I was the estimator & PM for the complete Renovation of the 388 Room Southfield Westin Hotel. Completed many Marriott Townplace Suites Upgrades in the greater Chicagoland Area & 2 Hilton Garden Inn properties in Southern Ohio.
