For more than 20 years I have been apart of creating residential and commercial decorum, primarily in the Atlanta area, with years of assisting builders with model homes, real estate agents to embellish and stage properties for the purpose of selling, as well as private home owners to create their vision.

Servicing homeowners to reach a level of satisfaction is crucial and especially in the building industry. Integrity, knowledge and having moral principles are components in

assuring the best positive input to receive optimal output.

Most of my formal marketing sales training was taught during the years of being employed by IBM.

My work is comprised of both commercial and residential creations, with a variety of customers, that includes: builders, professional NBA players, commercial retail spaces and assisting private homeowners with cabinet selections, kitchen appliances, lighting fixtures, color palettes and decorum accessories to complete their building process.

Having to supervisor all subcontractors and vendors with a critical eye, is most essential through the building process. Details are important when it comes to solid craftmanship and the skill sets to assess the proper punch list to acquire perfection.

Team work is a must, to build our customers trust in making for a satisfied customer. It would be an honor to become apart of such a professional team and to extend the Lennar traditions. The scope of my design and construction career encompasses many facets as followers:

Model designs for Builders

-Creating color pallets

- Assisted in the selection process for cabinet designs, lighting, flooring and decorum

- Managed subcontractors (Electrical, Drywall, HVAC, Plumbing)

- Meeting deadlines for completion timelines and offering details to improve the final product

- Updates to builders and developers as needed

Primary Home Owners

-Introduced new and innovative designs for space usage, color suggestions, all fixtures and total decorum

-Share community information with potential home buyers and primary homeowners, such as: shopping outlets, schools, medical outlets, etc.

-Creating the punch lists for subs and private homeowners

-Meeting with architects and home buyers to offer suggestions as needed

Community Involvement

-Assist in coordinating many City of Charleston events (Law enforcement unity day, etc.)

-Assist with Beacon Bank’s Meet and Greet’s, for the purpose of developing business relationships.

-Assisted and created over 150 events for Atlanta Public School System(Transitional programs, Meet and Greet’s, Writing and Tutorial programs, created a syllabus for parental involvement.

-Collaborated with major companies to fund programs for students: BARBARA ALEXANDER REAL ESTATE, BOB WHITE REAL ESTATE, FUQUA INC. CONSTRUCTION, CNN, PUBLIX, KROGER,TIFFANY JEWELRY, JW MARRIOTT(Atlanta Airport), SUBWAY, CHICK-FIL-A, WENDY’S,COCA-COLA COMPANY, CITY OF ATLANTA, FORT MCPHERSON,CAPITAL CITY BANK,COUSINS PROPERTIES OF ATLANTA, MARATHORN GAS.
