Responsible in maintaining the territory accounts of two sales representative with a combined 600+ account list.

● Processing regular product orders and intricate equipment orders.

● Respond to email inquiries from customers, sales representatives, A/P and A/R departments, dropship department and vendors and assist all other departments with issues or inquiries pertaining to the accounts assigned to me.

● Created Excel spreadsheets when necessary to outline information for the customer with regard to their account.
