Clients are hospitals, cruise ships and hotels and include Peabody Group, Ritz Carlson, Biltmore, Starwood and Holiday Inn.
Hire, train, schedule, supervise and manage 78 production employees.
Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with all government regulations.

Responsible for take-overs, rehabs and due diligence for new properties and new ownership.

Management of portfolio consisting of new construction tax credit properties (total of 11) entailed all aspects from ground up to Certificate of Occupancy.
Properties were located from Naples to Mount Dora and contained 225 to 450 units.
