Manage all aspects of production from start to completion in a 26,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for this company that manufactures (and installs) linens, bedding and draperies.

Clients are hospitals, cruise ships and hotels and include Peabody Group, Ritz Carlson, Biltmore, Starwood and Holiday Inn.

Hire, train, schedule, supervise and manage 78 production employees.

Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with all government regulations.

Prepare/monitor budgets and process payroll (with ADP software).
