I managed serval stores for the Dollar General Corporation by cleaning them up to look as corporate needed them to be, I hired and fired employees, did the banking transaction, order products for the stores to keep them stocked, and I learned how to control the inventory numbers to not over order products and how control shrink rather due to shop lifters or miss calculations on numbers for over ordering or under ordering. Which help my location shrink numbers drop tremendously.

This facility is a plasma center and my duties were to greet all patients get there vitals signs and urines samples to make sure they were able to donate in that day if they were I would take them to the donor area and connect them to the plasma machine by inserting and IV into there arm and allowing them to donate plasma for about 45mins than I would disconnect the donor and Allie them to set still for 29mins before releasing them to leave this was done to make sure donor was not feeling faint or I’ll before leaving. After the process was finished I charted on all donors in the computer system.

Over the years I have worked with so many individuals with many different types of illnesses some recovered and some didn’t, but they all touched my life in so many different ways allowing me the opportunity to learn so much about life for myself and for others. I am so happy that I chose to work in the medical field this has enabled me to become the woman that I am with a heart to live and care for those that I come in contact with. I wouldn’t change anything about my work or my working ethics except to grow more and to be open to learn even more how to better care for others.
