To Whom it May Concern
Re: Jessie E Taylor
I am writing this unqualified letter of recommendation for Mrs. Taylor for any position for which she has applied.
We worked together for 11 years (2012-2022) at my law office. Her duties included paralegal, legal secretary, office manager, bookkeeping including trust accounting, and insured our compliance with state, local and Federal taxes and licensing, and receptionist when needed. She also often time solved our technology/internet issues. This work required extensive word processing, Excel spread sheets, QuickBooks, Adobe, using the Florida Efiling Portal and Outlook for receiving and sending emails to client, opposing counsel, and Judicial Assistants.
My work involved litigation in workers compensation, state criminal and civil cases, appeals in Federal social security proceedings and appeals in both civil and workers F.legal work. She was always early for work and happy to stay late if it was needed. If time off was needed her first concern was how it might affect my work demands and would be scheduled around it.
My practice was a small law office. The clientele was often going through troubling times. They were sometimes impatient and occasionally rude. I was often told by these clients how much they appreciated Mrs. Taylor’s help and kindness. In those eleven years there was not one criticism of her work. Her work here only ended because of my retirement. Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
F. Emory Springfield, Esq.

RE: Letter of Recommendation
It is with pleasure that I write in support of Mrs. Jessie Taylor’s candidacy for employment with your Agency.
As the former Assistant City Manager for the City of Alachua, Florida, I had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Taylor in our Planning & Community Development Department from 2006 through 2007. During this time, she served in two capacities, first as the Building Assistant and second when she was promoted to Grants Specialist. Mrs. Taylor’s key duties as the Building Assistant involved working in the Building Department and Code Enforcement functions. I found Mrs. Taylor to be a meticulous member of our team and very apt at handling a multitude of functions and priorities. She rose to every challenge to which she was tasked with a degree of professionalism and a positive attitude in her interactions with the public.
As a Grants Specialist, Mrs. Taylor managed a myriad of grant awards and associated contractual documents. In this role, she prepared various financial reports and programmatic activities. She has solid writing skills and is versed in various software programs. Furthermore, she clerked on various advisory boards and committees from which she prepared minutes of the proceedings.
It is for all these reasons that I recommend Mrs. Taylor for consideration as a member of your team. I am confident that she can make a positive contribution to your organization. Yours In Service,
Danielle J. Judd
