Bank of America (BOA) Delivery Lead - Technology

As Delivery Lead and IT Program Manager V for the Electronic Payments technology (EPT) team, I am responsible for leading the delivery of digital solutions by critical resources and teams in EPT. This includes digital wallets, network partner mandates, and more. I apply Agile governance and Waterfall methodologies (where required) to help ensure the timely delivery of software to agree upon specifications. Responsible for tracking and reporting program and project status, forecasting, budgeting, architectural review, requirements review, certificate renewal, public key infrastructure (PKI) process management, and contributions to the BOA digital wallet strategy, based on my years of experience.

PayPal Technical Program Manager

Led PayPal teams to deliver cutting-edge product enhancements to their merchant, and consumer app platform. Guided process improvements with increased efficiencies, streamlined workflows, toolset rationalization, and more effective agile project and program governance.

NASA Senior Program Manager, Operations (through USRA.edu) Apr 2019 – Jan 2021

Supported development of AI and drone products, and the Data & Reasoning Fabric model, key to the success of the vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) autonomous flight control system. Directed program automation and optimization efforts in support of the NASA Academic Mission Services (NAMS) operations. In my role as NASA Technical Area Leader (TAL), I helped ensure that teams had the resources and program support needed to develop un-piloted aircraft systems, autonomous platforms, and transformational air traffic management systems.

From 2006-2017, I worked with IBM as an employee and contractor in the US, Asia, and the EU – from Business Analyst to Associate Partner. I led Apple – IBM industry app development as a key part of the 150-app partnership. I also led the development of the Apple Watch 1st business app – the Citibank Citi app. Clients I served include:

•Truist Bank (SunTrust): led the development of SunTrust’s digital marketing products.

•Medtronic: led a digital insights project related to their artificial pancreas product.
