Handling HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle for 53+ stores for 950+ employees in Non KSA (UAE, KWT, BAH, OMN & QTR) countries, Group Payroll and HR for BMA Capital Corp.

Led Manpower Planning, Budgeting, MIS & Analytics. Prepare, review or modify ERE budgets. Compared the past 2 years data with present Trading Area, Projected Sales, Proposed staff, Staff per Sq.
