(computer chip) products.

QUALITY ENGINEER, (Salaried) G.V. INDUSTRIES INC. (GVI) 1346 Cleveland Ave. National City, CA. 91950 3/2013 TO 6/2019 OWNER Greg Verdon B. 619-***-****, cell on request I scrubbed and organized GVI quality records and documentation and successfully implemented ISO 9001-2009 / 2015 and AS9100C / D at GVI to best support our customers - Cymer / ASML, Senior Aerospace / Ketema and others. GVI achieved a conforming audit on our 1st attempt with no major or minor findings by the register auditing team. Subsequent Quality System (QS) audits and annual document submissions also found no major or minor findings. I prepared and presented all annual customer audit reports resulting in extreme improvement from pre-hire audits. . I was the lead auditor for the company, performing month QS audits in the areas that were not in my direct control. These efforts elevated the company from worst to first in quality on AVL by focusing on our customer core values and service. DMR activity was reduced from several per week to < 1 per month per annum.

I held ownership of all Quality System functions and generation of quarterly management reviews with supporting charts and supporting documentation to drive quality and service improvements. I was responsible for the calibration system with 550+ precision company and personal tools - clean, adjust and verify to traceable national standards using documented procedures. I performed Gage R & R studies to align personnel, tools and methods and identify potential error opportunities. I performed receiving inspection for critical products, prior nonconformance history and Customer Furnished Materials. I was the primary contact on supplier communications for process and quality improvement and to external customers for 8D CAPA responses and action requests as the primary MRB officer. Preparation of first article documentation packages using AS9102 and customer preferred formats. Contract review for new customers to understand and internally communicate and facilitate their processes and needs.
