Responsibility:
My duties included, creating and implementing weekly lesson plans and age appropriate
activities for children aged 2-2 .
Focusing on self-help skills, toileting, dressing self, feeding self, following classroom schedule

Responsibility:
As an on-call substitute I was responsible for covering a shift for a full time teacher assistant in his or her absence.

[Position # 4: Home Visitor/ Teacher]
August 2014- June 2015
This position involved Head Start program leaders meeting with parents of children aged 3 years
old. Program leaders and parents collaborated to create lesson plans with be implemented and
conducted by the parents and caretakers of children ages 3 years. Mt duties were to introduce
parents to Concepts of Creative Curriculum, demonstrate teaching strategies to patents and
assist with creating learning tools through materials found within the home and community. I met
with families once a week to observe the children progress and support parents. In addition to
creating in home learning environments parents were participated in their child’s
developmental portfolio and developmental learning assessments.
*NOTE: My position with the Home Visitor Program was eliminated due to budget cuts.

I worked directly with MCCS headquarters to ensure the base orders, Federal, State and city guidelines were being followed.
