As part of the documentation process, I generated complete inventories for the system. I also worked to convert the COBOL programs to COBOL II for the Y2K effort.

I had daily user contact for the maintenance of the TIPS system. I also worked on a project to gather and analyze data of Parolees to determine indicators of parole success. I wrote ADHOC reports for statistical analysis.

I was Project Leader for an enhancement to the Accounting system that involved expanding the TAXROLL database. This had to be done in conjunction with the Individual Income Tax system's changes and had a definite deadline that could not be missed.

I also served as Project Leader for the maintenance requests for the Accounts Receivable system. There were as many as four programmers and programmer/analysts working with me.

I gave technical assistance to others on the team. I also served as backup for the Systems Analyst.
