General tax filings: 1120S, DR-405, sales & use tax, research tax rebate programs, compilation for Ch. 7, 11 & 13. PAYROLL AND HUMAN RESOURCES:

In-house QuickBooks payroll, Paychex, and ADP. Prepare database to transition from in-house to out-source payroll process and vice versa. Online payment site examples: EFTPS, IDES, and DOR (various states). Payroll related tax filings; RT-6, 940, 941, 944, W2, W3, 1099, 1096, 1099-Int. Manage employee applications, background checks, project badging, and e-verify administrator. Maintain proper employment forms from start to separation to remain DOL and EEOC compliant, track Section 125, 401K administrator, child support and unemployment claims, and verify OSHA safety training. Discuss and recommend with team members employment needs and how best to fill vacant and/or new positions.
