Working as Commercial Administrator cum Sr. DC in Commercial Department, Responsible for arrange internal approval formalities for Sub Contract Agreements, Variation Orders, Correspondences related to Payment from Ashghal and Direct Payment Arrangement for Sub contractors and for affiliate companies. Coordinate with Head of DC department, update all documents in EDMS system. Directly working with Commercial Department Managers.

• The responsibility to maintain incoming register and outgoing register for Commercial Team. I ensured that every document was stored properly. My job includes scanning the incoming documents, distributing to the respective Engineers by email, filing and to retrieve the documents whenever asked, answering any questions related to the work.
