I have been involved in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years. Most recently in CNC (since 2004.) I have over 15 years experience in a machining environment. I am proficient in editing CNC programs for various needs including geometric offsetting for part tolerances, Also feedrates or spindle speed rates (rpm) for tooling needs. I am accurate with measuring and maintaining extremely tight tolerances with a multitude of measuring equipment including profilometers, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, depth gauges, bore gauges, indicators ect. I also have some experience with CMMs (coordinate-measuring machines) using various software. I have some experience with hardness testers using the Rockwell scale. I am familiar with reading blue prints. I am quite detail orientated. I am capable of doing multiple tasks simultaneously without supervision or in most cases without assistance.
