Senior Project Manager, Customer Experience M&A Integration (2014 – 2015) Acted as the primary liaison for Customer Planning (Reservations & Airports) readiness as team developed a Single Frequent Flyer Program (SFFP), Passenger Services System (PSS) Cutover and Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) experience. • Combined two loyalty programs for ~100M customers into a new program without incident.

• Deployed over 350 team members across 91 locations for 5-21 days to ensure operations could continue if problems were encountered during PSS cutover.

• Oversaw the construction (costing ~$2M) of 6 new UMNR facilities across LUS network; harmonized procedures, technology, vendor staffing and training across LAA & LUS to ensure seamless experience for our youngest travelers.
