Secondary Marketing Loan Delivery Specialist
Facilitated review and delivery process for Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), and conventional loans in accordance to investor guidelines for 50% of Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), 50% of Federal Housing Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC), Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA), and 30% of Branch Banking and Trust Company
(BB&T) core advantage products.
Reconciled Mortgage Back Securities (MBS) funding and cash deliveries for management and accounting department. Generated a report after submission from the FNMA and FHLMC Systems which benefited our company by funding off the loans on the reports and providing the Accounting/Servicing Departments copies of the reports for recording the fundings.
Applied knowledge of FNMA ASAP and FHLMC's early funding processes to allow more loans to close and allow warehouse lines to be paid off. Reported status of problem loans and partnered with underwriters, appraisal coordinators, and closers to clear loan deficiencies prior to delivery. Corrected Notes with the proper dates, addresses, maturity dates, names of borrowers, postal codes, and legal addresses on Appraisal assuring a match to what was on the Note.
Oversaw investor pipelines and adhered to expiration deadlines. Assisted with FNMA and FHLMC post-funding reports by posting purchase adjustments that may be required between lender, loan record, and date submitted at the time of delivery.
