Operations Management -

● Define and execute functional strategies, goals, and objectives for the immigration and mobility department.

Compliance Management-

● Keep abreast of country-specific immigration laws and legislative changes and append these changes in Wipro immigration systems.

● Manage the risk and compliance policies for the department.

● Create, review and approve standard operating procedures and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for mobility system controls and compliance.

● Periodically monitor compliance and ensure adherence to the standards.

● Manage and anchor internal and external compliance audits and ensure the Wipro follows the best practices based on audit observations.

● Ensure mobility vendors are aligned with Wipro's Code of Business Conduct (COBC) standards and Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption (ABAC) policies.

● Ensure the department maintains the global ISO standards laid by the Wipro quality team. Business Relationship Management-

● Align Wipro mobility department operations in accordance with short and long-term goals set by the global business.
