Oversaw development and construction for regional retail activities in Northern California, including a 125,000 SF retail specialty center anchored by Whole Foods and five mixed-use multifamily projects containing 4,000 units, with approximately 200,000 SF of ground-floor retail and five levels of apartments on top of concrete podium designed construction and office.
