Scheduling Coordinator

Responsible for scheduling 50-200+ staff in three different areas of the facility

- Create and Implement schedules by factoring in peak performance capability

- Assist the HR department with disciplinary action

-Manage the new additions of staff in warehouse management systems such as NOWSTA and STAFFMATE

- Ensure that the hours staff entered are the hours they have worked

- Monitor missed clock in's and clock on's

- Communicate effectively with different team members for smooth run of show at events.

- Occasionally provide assistance to the HR department with payroll queries
