LINDA MORGENSTEIN

**** ***** ***** ***, ****** Springs, NY 13459 843-***-**** ad4uaj@r.postjobfree.com

Dear Transworld Systems, Inc.,

I am interested in the position of customer service. I willingly go above and beyond for customers, insuring they are given an exceptional customer service experience. I enjoy working with the public and have excellent communication skills. I am friendly, a quick learner, empathetic, patience, a careful listener, detailed, utilize my time for maximum productivity and have the experience to work out positive resolutions for even the most difficult challenges. I am well organized, neat and a multitasker.

I am seeking full or part time; I am available weekdays and weekends and I am open to all scheduling times.

I like to share a bit about my work history and life which gives me the life experiences to deal efficiently and with integrity in all kinds of situations and people. I raised a special need child with Muscular Dystrophy and learning disabilities, which has taught me great patience, never give up, empathy and to think outside the box and that all problems are really just challenges and there is always a solution. I worked as a CNA, HHA, Tax Prepare, Front Desk and Bookkeeper. I know what it takes to stay focused on a goal and achieve it. My job as a parent was to help my son accomplish a positive attitude, love himself, to be self-sufficient, and kind. To become a positive and productive part of society, encourage him to reach his own life goals and discover his own happiness, he did accomplish all of this and so much more.

I have been a parent/child advocate in the public schools. A volunteer and animal rescuer at no kill shelters for the last 40 years, as well as for 18 years a volunteer at a church helping out in the office and working with the Parson’s Table group that provides meals and help for the homeless. I also was a Cub Scout leader for 5 years. I understand the importance of honesty, dedication and respectful communication as the corner stone of all successful personal and work relationships.

I went to SUNY Cobleskill College and received an AA in Humanities and acquired an online degree for Bookkeeping, as well as passing all the tax preparer certifications and obtaining my PTIN from the IRS, to better my employment opportunities. I had to put my career goals on hold once again, after I raised my son. My mom, dad and step dad, needed me, so I willingly helped them out for 20 years and during the last 10 of those years they all had terminally illnesses and needed 24/7 care at different times, I had my dad and step dad 1 year each and I had my mom 7 years 24/7. I took care of them at home which gave them great comfort and allowed them to pass peacefully in the end with the help of hospice in familiar and loved environment. I share this about myself to show that I am a person with great integrity, morals and respect for all, who is kind, dependable, with a strong aptitude for time management, responsible and has excellent communication skills. I am eagerly looking forward to getting back in the work force. My skills of nursing, hospice, special needs, communication, bookkeeping, preparing taxes, payroll and accounts receivable / payable, front desk an office manager, coupled by life skills of dedication, patience, dependability, empathy, flexibility, and dealing positive with extraordinarily difficult situations, gives to me the valuable and essential employee skills, to be a confident remote representative and an asset for your company, which is my goal.

Thank you for your time,

Sincerely,

Linda Morgenstein
