Business had keen interest in the digital transformation of this extremely complicated and redundant manual process in Appian SaaS platform to reduce their efforts from 48 hours to 4 hours, end to end audit. This Project involved creation of Appian workflow, starting from creation of monthly sample to assign a certain type of loans based on sampling criteria and percentage to Auditors and ultimately approving the loan for funding.

Project 2: Post-Closing Audit teams performed audit manually on the Direct, Indirect Auto, RV Marine loans that were funded or declined. The Project was initiated to reduce extensive manual efforts for Auditing team. This Project involved SaaS development of an end-to-end workflow in Appian which included automated creation of sample based on the criteria selected by Auditing Supervisor.

Project 3: The Project involved creation of a report for Contact Center Business to reflect the Opt-Out customer data along with opt- out Time and date.
