Total ten years of experience with HSE profession in various infrastructure projects. Qualified and experienced HSE Engineer with work experience in HSE supervision and Inspection with clients like MZEC (Mazoon Electricity Company SAOC (MZEC – Nama Group). Responsibilities:

Strictly monitor the site related HSE activities, report for any noticed observations and in extreme circumstances exercise of the right to curtail or suspend work for HSE reasons.

Each Quarter wise MZEC and Projects Near miss, Unsafe act and Unsafe Condition Analysis report.

Ensure tender documents cover all the applicable HSE Laws and Regulations.

Participation in monthly HSE audits with consultants.

Nims Reporting and Close out through online reporting system on monthly basis..

Data collection from all Ongoing projects for the Best practices & related issues on Monthly basis and Summaries to finalize the report 2nd week of subsequent month.

Preparing monthly HSE audits summery.

Identify Major hazards with assurance that they can be managed.

Ensure tender documents cover HSE pre-qualification criteria.

Confirmation that pre-qualified contractors can achieve targets.

Kick-off meeting, discussion to cover as a minimum: - HSE equipment, Communications and Environmental protection.

Audit the site at minimum Quarterly to ensure implementation of HSE plan.

Surprise visit at site / HSE walk down to ensure implementation of HSE plan.

Issue audit report and follow up with contractor for the required corrective and preventive actions of identified observations
