• Migrate data from one accounting system to the EDI platform to ensure a complete and accurate information feed to Power BI sales reporting to determine business trends, and distributor performance.

• Participate in annual strategic planning sessions.

• Presentations at annual Edge conference to 200 attendee group as well as Board meeting presentations on financial position and EDI education and status.

Accomplishments:

• In the first six months, created an accounting procedural guide documenting every daily, monthly, quarterly and annual task by staff member with detailed step-by-step instructions for training purposes and contingencies.

• Earned the respect of my team by learning every aspect of the existing department functions through assuming each of their responsibilities for a short period. This also aided me in determining weak areas with respect to workflow, checks and balances and efficiencies.

• Set up, marketed and implemented the EDI platform for the group within schedule.

• Successfully negotiated a restructuring of investment vehicles for company funds and member funds that resulted in a 180% increase in yield.
