Participated in the planning and operation of the Student Employment Program. Dealt with work ethics and behavior in the workplace. This was a wonderful opportunity for employers to obtain summer help at the same time have an opportunity to hire and train Employees on a long-term basis it gave them exposure to the workplace, training, and to earn money during their summer break. It was a comprehensive program encouraging skill building project base learning. This program no longer exists.

Responsible for Turns, Occupancy Checks, Move Outs, Repaires, Accurate Check Scan System, Customer Service, Day to Day Scheduling with Retention and Leasing Staff to Assure Accurate Move In’s and Mataine Ontime Lease Renewals. Work With the Maintenance Crew/Supervisor to Assure that the Section stayed on or Under Budget. Worked with the Legal Authority to Assure all Violations were Corrected or Prevented.
