Project Management

●Working on more than 100 electrical Residential and Commercial projects such as Wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, Tower building, Universities, Hospitals, Malls, and shopping Center refrigerator…. As a project manager to provide the electrical equipment under the Canadian Electrical Code, from the start to close off each project

●Day to day close communication with all stakeholder groups such as the suppliers and Electrical contractors, Engineers, Government and … to manage a job improvement, mange the conference calls, meeting and keep them updated

●Planned and scheduled more than 14 major projects based on PMBOK, including major repairs, and upgrading turbo generators, boilers, water circulation pumps, water and steam cycle and cooling towers using MS Project

●Reviewed, analyzed, validated, and integrated Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) data into a comprehensive schedule to ensure they met the contract requirements

●Monitored the completion of major milestones and if necessarily recommended reassignment of project priorities to maintain the project schedule; tracked and set up the deliverable and sign-off process

Data Analysis and Analytical Reports

●Planned, developed, and implemented the electronic transfer of operating parameters collected from different systems for performing data analysis automatically using the pre-set software applications, resulting in improving the efficiency of generating analysis reports and communication to senior manager
