• Audit compliance

o Report audit preparedness, and status of current audit compliance. o Manage 6’s standard by auditing area process flows for each “S” in the 6’s model. o AS9100 audit prep and maintenance strategies that include process changes and updates to Aero-code compliance.

F-35 Center wing production, Marietta GA, January 2017 – November 2022. Managed three major SWBS build areas (J470-J480-J475) F-35 center wing production. 111 hourly represented and 9 salary employees tracked individual employee performance and hold my leadership team accountable to manage daily performance expectations for their individual task centers.

• Safety

o Weekly rhythm conducting surveillance, and safety audits utilizing TZ leader to create action plan for direct staff to correct findings. Work with facilities and area floor engineering for long term solutions and preventative maintenance.

o SWBS corrective action board team lead. Triage SRR reduction through ICA and action items by evaluating area top drivers. Root cause corrective action, and RED X methodology. o NFS (Non-conformance Feedback System)

F-35 Wing, Fort Worth TX, October 2015 -January 2017. Second shift associate manager (J461-J462-J450-J420) Led a team of leaders to the cost, schedule, and quality goals on 2nd shift for the outer wing box and wing systems. Supported leader standard work through job assignments daily. Manufacturing of the right- and left-hand wing for all three variants of the F-35. 12 total positions including auto-drill locations that drill ream and countersink major wing skin components for installation. Job duties included direct supervisor of station 5 and station 3 build teams along with 3 supervisors and 2 specialists reporting directly to me.

Completion supervisor

C-5 Galaxy RERP modernization program, Marietta GA, November 2012- October 2015. Supervised 32 hourly mechanics to the cost and schedule goals of the C5 RERP program goals. Awarded for reducing schedule from 63 days to 47. Awarded SRA spot award. Heavy structure modification of the wing pylon fuel structure. Managed build teams to successfully deliver C5 wing mods to down stream teams that included restoration, electrical and hydraulic check outs.

Lead structure mechanic

Heavy structure MOD mechanic on C-5 RERP program April 2011- October 2012. Depot level tear down of C-5 structure and over and above repairs due to field repairs and stress on the major structure components. Removed legacy components and replaced them with new parts that include shear webs, steel engine fittings, and slat track holders. Integral tank sealing, close tolerance hole drilling and removal of legacy components. Led a team of three mechanics, and successfully passed quality checks for hole quality, NDI, and functional testing. Restored fuel tank configurations and simulated engine hang. Created new process for pre-drilling holes prior to legacy fitting that reduced span. Successfully developed relationships with DCMA customer by facilitating inspections of completed work.

Sheet metal technician

UH-1Y, V-22 CH-47 Chinook Crestview FL, July of 2007- 2011. Manufacturing of the C-47 chinook and various sub-assemblies on the UH-1Y and V-22 Helicopters, including fire wall assembly.

CH-47 fuselage manufacturing included locating sheet metal skins, major ribs and stringer locations for junction boxes, fuel fittings, and mating surfaces. Drilling, riveting, sealing, and installing components that make up the CH-47 structure.

Riveting, drilling locating laying out holes and using jigs, fixtures, bucking bars, rivet sets, drill blocks and clecos. V-22 Bell Helicopter components including the titanium fire wall. Drill, ream, countersink, install, and retro fit to meet engineering requirements.

Padgett Construction Niceville FL, 2000-2008. Supervised 8 to 10 people for residential new construction, responsible for design, layout and execution of foundations, concrete forms, roofing systems, flooring, electrical rough-in, finish work, and custom fabrication. Managed budgets for supplies, equipment, and employee salaries. Designed and implemented changes to Blueprints and rough-cut roofing systems, in adherence with all zoning and county/city inspections to foundation and structure. Hung custom cabinets and counter tops installed trim, molding, and doors in large custom homes. 2023
