/ HR Admin from Oct 2020 to July 2023.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate Suppliers as per company procedures and approval based on Pre- Qualification Documents as per Client’s requirements.

Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

2- Worked in RnRJV – Redco International Trading and Contracting & Rizzani De, Qatar as a Senior Procurement Officer from May 2016 to Oct 2020. PROJECT:

Doha Metro - Hamad International Airport Terminal 01 - Metro Station - Qatar Rail is a multibillion-dollar state of the art integrated rail network and ‘HIA T1’ is the pilot station of this network, which will be used for the facilitation of airport transportation. The underground station will be connected to the airport through a pedestrian bridge. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate Suppliers as per company procedures and approval based on Pre- Qualification Documents as per Client’s requirements.

Initiate ‘Request for Quotation’ for the Materials (Civil & MEP), all types of Site Consumables, Equipment (Rentals & Purchase), Services, and Subcontracts.

Successfully negotiate with suppliers for the purchase of materials to ensure the lowest total costs.

Generating Purchase Orders using Matrix Software & Focus Software.

Verified incoming shipments, checking that material received agreed with packing slip specifications and quantities, rejected damaged goods and arranged for their return to vendor.

In charge of ensuring all invoice issues are resolved.

Manage office assistant to add and structure purchase orders to meet standard contract language.

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a positive, supportive, and enthusiastic manner.
