Responsibilities:

Monitoring and controlling all system perpetual inventory to eliminate discrepancies with physical stocks.

Follow up for the daily physical counts of finished goods and raw materials reconcile with SAP perpetual.

Ensure equipment checklist and perform preventative maintenance of equipment upon requirement by requesting engineering or fleet departments.

Availing the warehouse tools and capacity and execute flow of materials, operation supply materials, and assemblies between Sections or departments, according to production plan or department priorities.

Daily and monthly inventory followed and if any variance found tracking the route cause and clearing it on same time.

Maintaining all Food Safety standards by reviewing documents and refreshing and aligning with team on daily meeting.

Trouble shoot and problem solving to Root Cause.

Monitor warehouse inventories with special emphasis on minimizing TOS (temporary out of stock) and shortages.

Education:

Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) - Osmania University, INDIA. Experience:

19 years of experience in warehouse operations - Supervision, Warehouse Inventory Management, Distribution Management, Incepting, Auditing Procedures, Streamlining Procedure, Using In-house Tracking Software.

Proficient computer skills, Super User for SAP (MM Module) including MS Office.
