Formularized Overtime strategy to decrease Overtime. Ensuring accurate calculation of Monthly over time Administered & Process Monthly Employee Payroll, Overtime & accruals to finance Dept.

Leave Management Streamlining and improvising the employees’ attendance, Leave record maintenance and holiday planner.

To conduct employee engagement survey

Organizing and updating employee files.
