Release Train Engineer

Playing a key role to strategize, plan and working with stakeholders on creating a roadmap and delivery plan.

Created detailed roadmap working alongside with Product Owners & IT partners in now, near & next roadmap in delivering the work for around 4 years in the program.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders & multi vendors teams to deliver the planned work.

Hosted multiple business workshops & working sessions to produce detailed execution plan on now, near & next.

Conducted working sessions with IT partners / multiple vendor teams in providing thought processes and solution approach for feature roll out.

Managing 12 scrum teams as RTE for the Provider Data Management Program. Prior to this, I was managing three scrum teams as Sr. Scrum Master as well as playing RTE role.
