Senior Administrative Assistant

Responsible for coordinating and sending out executive communications on a social platform to ensure the learning sessions as well as the team building events run smoothly.

Work directly with the Managing Director, Regional Director’s, and the Operation’s Department to prep weekly reports, onboard new hires, recruit, event coordinating, audit and support the staff to keep the workflow in the organization stabilized.

Follow-up and schedule meetings; supporting the recruiting service department; maintain calendar management, assist and direct calls accordingly. Updating and revising the SharePoint site.

Revised, implement structures to best support the organization in their standard operations procedure manual to ensure work flow is effective and efficient.

Recruiting Services

Identify candidates by sourcing in the recruiting database systems, schedule, set and follow-up on recruiting calls for the higher executives, directors and business development manager.

Designed my own internal recruiting tracker to strategize, organize, keep track regarding the recruiting flow with the Regional Director’s and Business Development Manager.

Successfully adding 15-20 candidates to the Regional Directors calendar a week, and, in return, the Regional Directors can support the staff in their business practice.

Created a passion project to recruit and support our Veterans within Prudential’s organization.

Assist the Regional Director’s in the 200 unaligned leads program through the Career Development Program as well as the Financial Advisors to support their business practice, in return, the Financial Advisors are receiving prospects and new clientele.

Partner with the Managing Director and the Business Development Manager in the TRS mailing system to generate leads for the company to gain more call volume to onboard more new hires to the firm.

Business Development

Cultivating partnerships with internal and external wholesalers for the firm to generate business with our colleagues. Support and coordinate events as well as learning sessions increasing client acquisition.

Coordinating Firm and local events with the Managing Director, Regional Director’s, and the Wholesalers.

Career Development Program coordinator, monitor, assist, follow-up with the inexperienced advisors in their

progression in the CDP program.

Support the Managing Director in recruiting services, calendar management, travel,

recruiting calls, support VIP days, Marketing Days, Executive Assistant tasks

including errands, answer phones and schedule meetings with the Advisors and

new hires. Administrative tasks including processing expense reports, calendar

management, running weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
