Provide assistance to the Property Manager and Leasing Professionals in managing 380 unit property. Serve as liaison between onsite team and outside vendors in scheduling for move-in's and occupied repairs, in helping get ahead of and to resolve any possible unit or resident issues and concerns. Perform move-out duties, to include: pre-moveout and final walk-throughs, utilizing SightPlan to enter Make Ready work orders for maintenance team, working together in scheduling vendors for the turn. Review and audit online resident accounts and documents for maintaining proper flow of policies and procedures. Consistently review resident billing for proper charges and collections via Yardi. Send out notices to the door and/or via Entrata regarding collections, non-compliance to community policies, as well as, event and property updates. Assist business manager in preparing and monitoring status reports, generating monthly reports for owner, with strong focus on collections, regularly maintaining low monthly delinquency.

Engaged in property events and social media platforms, utilizing Canvas and Socii for marketing posts. Serve as the sole bilingual onsite employee in assisting our Spanish and Portuguese speaking residents and prospects.
