I am a spot and mig. welder, my responsibilities include welding heat exchangers and the liners that go inside the heat exchangers. I also run the welding robot.

Farmland foods

2014/2016

I was line one operator for hot dogs. My responsibilities were to make sure the line ran properly, also to make sure that the line didn't stop so that the product could get to the clients on time. I was also responsible for doing medal detection checks and hand-held checks (making sure the date and correct product number was being printed on product) I was also safety patrol for my line. I had to make sure everyone was wearing their safety equipment like their hard hat, gloves, and boots. I also worked as a palletizer, lifting ten to forty-pound boxes and organizing them.

Johnson Control

2013/2014

When I started at Johnson control my responsibilities were to assemble mobile home AC units. I grabbed the top base of the AC unit and drilled the part that distributes the cold air to the vents on to the top base. I also had to drill a whole were the electrical cords go though. Then I have to drill the top base to the AC unit. After that I had to push the AC unit to the insolation booth and insulate the inside of the AC unit. After three months I was trained by the facility to work as a welder. I had to weld the base were the motor of the AC unit was put into as well as other smaller parts for the AC unit.
