SUMMARY

I have written business plans for start-ups and updated business plans for ongoing business. I set up accounting and bookkeeping for start-ups. I have written policies and procedures manuals for existing companies, start-ups, and non-profits. I translated the ideas, the plans and goals of the business owners into language which helped them get the funding they needed, the contracts they sought, or the relationships they wanted to create.

I negotiated and wrote contracts with international suppliers, working with Houston attorneys and sellers attorneys resolving contract terms into final agreements. I prepared non-compete and non-disclosure agreements coordinating with Houston and international attorneys creating workable agreements for the companies which worked for all parties.
