Cold calling Non-Profit Organizations and Educational Institutions throughout the state of New York in order to market Alpha Candidates to the Hiring Authorities and trying to get them as clients in order to fill any and all of their urgent available employment needs at that time.

Posting the available job positions to all of the various job boards through Logic Melon on a daily basis.

Looking for potential Candidates regarding various available job positions on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter and then sending InMail’s through LinkedIn Recruiter to the potential Candidates that had the correct qualifications in order to recruit them for a particular available job position.

Searching and reviewing resumes for any potential Candidates on Indeed.com and then contacting the potential Candidates that had the correct qualifications either by e-mailing them over Indeed.com or contacting them through information found on ZoomInfo in order to tell them about the available job position and then possibly scheduling a Telephone Interview.

Creating lists in ZoomInfo of new Non-Profit Organizations and of new Educational Institutions in order to market them and possibly get them as clients in my focused area of New York.

Reviewing resumes, cover letters, and job applications that came into Outlook regarding the different available job positions that were posted on the various job boards and then contacting the chosen potential candidates in order to schedule a Telephone Interview.

Scheduling a particular day and time with the Candidate for a Telephone Interview regarding each available job position.

Conducting a Telephone Interview with the Candidate, taking notes of the responses that the Candidates gave to the questions asked of them, inputting their resumes and the notes from the answers given from the Candidate into the database, and then sending all of this information either to the client or to the Lead Recruiter depending on the situation.

Sending the daily bulk e-mails to various Non-Profit Organizations and Educational Institutions in the state of New York in order to market a few different Alpha Candidates to them and to find out if these potential clients may have some other urgent hiring needs that we could fill for them at that time, as well.

Speaking with and asking questions to the Hiring Authorities about their urgent available employment needs within their Non-Profit Organization or within their Educational Institutions throughout the state of New York and then sending them a Fee Agreement if they are interested in hiring our company.
