I am very aware of the duties and responsible of the job title and feel that I could be the right fit for the position I am a fast learner and a fast worker. I have a lot of experience as a Cashier/CSR (Customer Service Representative)and have worked for berry Yost and Several of his 7-11 Locations including the Las Vegas strip. I worked for Chevron pitstop and Rebel Gas Station.I have Many skills and attributes along with painting, cleaning and carpentry. I also have experience in air conditioning and heating as well as many years painting experience as it was my fathers profession and was looked at as an art in my home growing up and still is to this day. I was a mechanic for multiple years as well and a maintenance Tech and mechanic for multiple years at several locations for multiple company’s. I am dive certified. I have been fork lift certified but need to get it renewed. I have reliable Transportation and a Valid Drivers license. I Have Experience Driving Company Vehicles as well as Tow Hitch Expierence. I Can be Taught and take with no hassle and can take constructive criticism well. I have knowledge with PC computers and Mac. I am a single father of a 16 year old Daughter that lives with me fulltime. You can feel comfortable knowing that I will Keep my Occupation, because I have rent and bills every month. Count cigarette boxes and take inventory as well as ordering. I Worked Multiple shifts, day, swing, and Graveyards as well as some 12 hr shifts. I was a rental / fuel dock agent for 3 years and eventually I went over to the marina next-door and obtained my scuba diving certification and was placed on the dive crew which consisted of five in including myself. Which Many duties included operating and driving rock crawler forklift, driving and operating Cat backhoe as well as driving and operating a Boat and i successfully obtained a Boaters Safety Card. I learned many talents and skills I will use for the rest of my life while on Dive Crew and Rental and Fuel Dock other duties also included but are not limited to fixing the marina at any given time that Mother Nature or Man kind would Not be so “KIND” as well as Moving the Marina constantly to keep up and maintain every day Functioning of Both Marinas LVBH and LMM. I was a deck hand on the desert princess for the Lake and had to call in the distance over radio to the captain letting him know how clear the vessel was and had to catch (attach)the spring line that the barge worker would hand you to the cleat on the starboard side .This is when and we’re I learned what the Starboard and Port Were of a Vessell. I would perform engine checks hourly while we were operating and have to go down in the engine room and check the gauges and would record them on a clip board and relay back to the Captain to see if their was anything he needed. I also needed to maintain the fuel and sewage and would pump out the septic on the vessel and fuel up the 2 diesel powered engines after the cruises that day. I also did Maintenence for Lake Mead Cruises which consisted of Many other Duties such as moving the Marina/Barge with the water levels as Lake Mead would Fluctuate. Changing AC filters cleaning/fixing Swamp Cooler. Changing Compresors. I was responsible for Cleaning and Maintaining the 4 restrooms onboard and on the Barge when I would work Maintenance .(Ask for more job description details)

On weekdays I would leave school early for a class Last period of the day called “Work Release” and go the the Shop were I would perform brake jobs, tuneups and valve adjustments, fluid changes, engine overhauls, wash parts in solvent bath, bead blast the heads and parts once cleaned than clean them and get all the built up carbon off as much as possible than wash them all over again. I learned how to bend bars with a bar bender and would help Joel build Roll Cages for Race VW’s. He hold world records for Fastest VW Bug and can still be found doing Willlies in his Bug or Carmen Gia on the Racetrack.
