• Created an in-browser to do list that lets users track their tasks.
• User’s task are inputted and added to the list by implementing keydown.
• User can mark task completed from list by mouse clicking on it which visually shows line through task.
• User can delete a single task from list by double-clicking on task.
• If user wants to get rid of list entirely, a button implemented at bottom of list allows to do so. Superhero Search
• Created a website in conjunction with a REST API which retrieves superhero/villain/comic characters’ statistics.
• Allowed users’ searched characters to be fetched through the API, resulting in the display of the characters’ photo and stats.
• Let API generate a random character when user clicks the Random button. Space Site
• Created a website that utilizes three APIs to retrieve planet/star information, random jokes, and NASA’s Astronomy Photo of The Day.
• Stored facts in an array and let user choose which topic of fact they would like via button.
• Created a dropdown menu that allows user to click & show NASA’s APOTD fetched from API.
• Within menu, a link that redirects user to “Planet Finder” HTML page. User able to search planet/star & will have its information displayed.
• Allowed a new tab to open in users’ browser which displays more info on the randomly generated or user-searched planet if clicked. Dice Game
• Created a 2-Player game that allows Players 1 and 2 to input their names via alert prompt on browser.
• Saved multiple images of sides of a die to randomly generate a side/number for each player.
• The winning player’s name is said if their number is larger than the other player.
