I’m seeking a challenging position as a working Superintendent/Project Manager in the construction industry within an organization offering opportunities for upward and lateral mobility.

Work History:

Senior Construction Project Superintendent, RLH Construction, LLC Oviedo, FL 2021-Current

Responsibilities included direct day to day on site supervising field labor force including laborers and craft workers. I had to inspect contractors or subcontract operations to ensure compliance with contract. I maintain good relationships with internal and external clients including the architect, engineers, and owner’s client representative. I develop and maintain site logic plans in coordination with project managers and quality inspections. I manage schedules and ensure all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates, as well as prepare and submit superintendents’ reports. Currently building from the ground up for a new hotel chain named Stay Apts. Suites Hotel, 376 Rooms total, costing around

$14 Million+ that is OCCA.

Senior Construction Project Superintendent, Schmid Construction Winter Park, FL 2019- 2021

Responsibilities included direct day to day on site supervising field labor force including laborers and craft workers. I had to inspect contractors or subcontract operations to ensure compliance with contract. I would review and approve subtrade contractor’s payment applications with the project managers. I maintain good relationships with internal and external clients including the architect, engineers, and owner’s client representative. I develop and maintain site logic plans in coordination with project managers and quality inspections. I manage schedules and ensure all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates, as well as prepare and submit superintendents’ reports. The projects I have done with Schmid Construction all the store remodels budget price were approximately 2-2.5 million for the following stores in Winter Garden, Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Sun City, Port Richey, and a ground up in Lakeland, FL for $4 million. The following medical offices are:

• Mohawk Ambulatory Surgical Center and Doctors office. 2-Story building 20,000sq.ft (4 rooms surgical operations) with a cost of $6.2million. (OCCA)

• Assistant Living Club at Lake Gibson in Lakeland, FL. Single story 77,000 sq.ft. 120 beds skilled nursing facility which approximately cost $19million (OCCA)

• Stonegate in Leesburg Assistant Living 80,000sq.ft. 80 beds and cost $17million

(OCCA)

• Beacon College in Leesburg, FL 5-Story dormitory cost $3.2million

• Beacon College in Leesburg, FL ground up restaurant 10,000sq.ft cost

Senior Superintendent, Kelley Construction Louisville, KY 2017- 2019

Responsibilities included in obtaining all necessary permits interaction with City, County Officials, on Spring Stone Rehab & Mental Institute 87,650sq ft budget at 21 million with change orders while on site. Not OCCA but State Inspectors. Senior Superintendent, Southland Construction, Inc Apopka, FL 2015-2017

Responsibilities included Demos of the main Toll Plaza 528 and overseeing 8 new Plazas on Toll Road 528 and 417 interchange, and Turnpikes from Bid products to finish. Project Manager/ Superintendent, Belisle Construction, Inc Plainfield, IL 1997-2007& 2012-2015

Responsibilities included the financial management projects, all bidding’s and negotiation processes involved with the 28day (about 4 weeks) care centers built within this company. Taken each building from bid state to finished product and oversaw all warranty issues. Each building averaged approximately 10,000 square feet at a cost averaging $1.2 million each. Also built from start to finish in and out of state for Kinder Care, Children’s World, & Goddard Schools.

Project Manager/ Superintendent, Haley Construction Daytona, FL 2007-2012

Responsibilities included the financial management of projects, all bidding and negotiation process involved with the 40 Darden Restaurants which includes the following (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Smokey Bones, Seasons 52, and Bahama Breeze) built within this company. Taken each building from bid state to finish and remodeling projects plus oversaw all warranty issues. Each building averaged approximately 7,500- 11,000 square feet at an average cost of $1.5 - $3 million each based on 140-day schedule.

Project manager/ Superintendent, Bob Guynn Construction Kissimmee, FL 1995-1997

Supervised all phases of construction from the bidding process to the timely completion of the following projects

• Osceola Funeral Home- 6,200 sq. ft. Cost: $892,000.00

• St. Cloud Civic Center and Pool- 7,800 sq. ft. Cost: $235,000.00

• Osceola Count Indian Wells Pool- 2,100 sq. ft Cost: $98,000.00

• (OCCA) Kissimmee Nursing Home Expansion- 10,000 sq. ft Cost: $92,000.00

Responsibilities included obtaining the necessary building permits, working with the architect for customer changes, interaction with the City and County Building Inspectors, along with City Planners on the different phases of construction. While in the process of completing the project in a timely manner I was able to keep it within budget. Project Estimator, Snow Construction St. Cloud, FL 1994-1995

Responsible for estimating and purchasing residential housing construction materials required for any job site. I was also responsible for obtaining the required building permits and calculations of the various impact fees. I also contracted and supervised the Sub-Contractors used on each project, along with completing each job in a timely manner and keeping it within budget.
