Monitor the individuals in their group home and ensure their safety during the overnight hours. I am responsible for their care both physical and medical. This may include but not limited to checking on them every hour throughout the night, make sure they are comfortable and that all medicine is given at the correct time and the correct dosage. I am responsible to make sure they have cooked meals and that they are given the opportunity to learn how to cook, clean, iron, laundry and basic self-help skills needed to be able to manage for themselves. Basically, a hands-on instructor and a life coach motivator. Ensure the safety of all clients who presented to the office for assessment, consult with nurses in the Crisis Resolution Center to ensure that each client who presents to the crisis department is medically stable before they are assessed and disposition for treatment. Document all incidents in accurate and legible format when hand written. Consult with consumer’s case managers to determine what is best for their consumer when they present to Mobile Crisis Department.

Follow up with individuals who are left in their home with phone calls and Counseling to ensure client is stable. Attend all staff meetings.
