Accomplishments
While at Quickmill, I sat on the Operations Committee Board as a representative for the milling dept. Collectively we discussed and made decisions to improve the productivity and increase the safe awareness for each employee. I was the safety rep for my dept, and while in that position, no major injuries or lost time incidents occurred.
At Branson Machine, I wrote several complex CNC programs and developed many fixtures and jigs as well as custom tooling that, some of which, are still in use today. These various creations helped increase production, while also freeing up the operator to de-burr parts, or run different machinery thereby doubling the efficiency of that particular operator.
At G.M. I recieved monthly training / updating in WHMIS/HazMat, as well as safe work practices.
