• Oversee management of Afterschool snack/meals programs

• Maintain arrangement and disposal of snack and containers in the kitchen and Kid’s Café

· Serve as the meals coordinator for summer programs o Determine best practice for serving meals

o Procure and manage proper equipment needed to store meals o Communicate with organization that will prepare and deliver meals o Create contract/agreement for organization to provide meals o Arrange effective payment process for meals provider

• Oversee:

o Ordering of dance uniforms; assign and track uniforms for students; store uniforms and wash weekly, communicate with dance teachers and parents regarding uniform system

· Assist RSAM with Community event planning and implementation Registration

• Serve as registration lead- take appointment calls and gather information necessary to set appointments for each semester.

• Conduct registration inquiries for fall and spring and for all summer appointments

• Collaborate with RSAM and marketing department to ensure that all registration forms are updated, prepared, accurate and marketing materials are available for the registration period

• Assist with ECA registration

• Collect registration reservations for ECA classes; contact families to complete registration

• Translate registration forms and other marketing materials

• Facilitate registrations with Spanish speaking families and enter information into database

• Billing

o Track payment plans and issue fees, invoices and notices to families o Record payments and update accounts

o Audit family accounts, make adjustments to accounts accordingly and contact families o Provide information to staff at registration regarding family accounts o Update the database to reflect family accounts; activate and deactivate usage of accounts

• Work with Programs Coordinator and RSAM to ensure student accounts are accurate for drop/adds and withdrawals

Update RSAM on billing and accounts information regularly Gallery Series

• Work with Senior Director of Operations and Operations Intern to curate and install work and implement art openings

• Recruit artists, plan calendars, and organize opening events.

• Organize annual Juried Exhibition, Recruit Jurors

• Update all gallery forms, provide forms and information about Sitar and the Gallery Series to prospective artists

• Staff gallery events

• Provide information to Director of Marketing and Technology for Gallery Series postcards; determine effective release time of information

• Plan with assistance from Programs Coordinator for artist to provide a workshop for S.E.A.L.

• Prepare for workshop and provide necessary materials Other:

• Assist Student Affairs and Outreach Director with center clean-up duties as assigned
