Manage portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties financed by Broadmark across the Eastern Region of the US.

Lead Broadmark’s efforts to manage non-performing assets within the region, working closely with project owners to rehabilitate properties.

Maintain relationships within the capital markets in order to sell notes and/or properties to minimize losses on non-performing assets.

Analyze & evaluate lender projects; examine corporate & personal financials; begin preliminary underwriting on proposed construction deals.
