Managed over $30 million dollars of integration projects after JP Morgan Chase acquisition of Bear Stearns & Co. in March 2008. Took point on integrating Bear Stearns real estate portfolio with JPMC occupancy management team.

Managed over 4 million square feet of office space in over 50 office locations. Project Manager/ Project Architect for numerous in-house departmental space planning alterations and expansions for all domestic and international locations.

Provided space planning and blocking studies for the new Bear Stearns corporate headquarters at 383 Madison Avenue, which included 1.2 million square feet as well as all satellite and branch offices.
