1. 40+ years experience in Drywall and finishing, texture, painting, trimming, steel stud. 2. Past 5 years contracted with Live Oak Homes Waycross, Ga. Manufactured homes, Homes would come to buyers home site or sales lots with raw drywall hung already. Often from the travel from Waycross to sites drywall becomes damaged because of not being properly secured. To start with I covered all the floors with plastic for protection as they come with carpet and flooring finished. Cover all the cabinets, counters and appliances with plastic. I would go through the home ( double and triple wide homes) secure entire house with screws, replace damage drywall. I would prefill any areas that required it ( between sheets, cracks that had to be cut out with a "V"), holes. followed by tape and coating process. Sanding and textured, paint and trim out homes. Clean home for showing on sales lot or for customer for move in. Did homes in Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, no crew just myself and my wife.
